VULTREX OGL (Open Gear Lubricants) are designed for the challenges of mining
VULTREX™ OGLs are designed for both bearing and open gear applications, including shovel, dragline, excavator, drill and haul truck operations. They provide excellent protection for handling the harshest operating conditions — from severe winter cold to extreme summer heat and from very wet to dry environments.
Here’s how:
- Outstanding protection against wear and surface damage on gears and slides
- Solvent-free formulation reduces lubricant consumption and fire risk
- Adhesive properties resist wash-off from exposed surfaces under wet or snowy conditions
- Contains a darkener for enhanced visibility on open gears, to prevent over-lubrication
